I am Writing this letter to recognize the incredibly positive experience that I have had in buying my new Vancouver Condo with Deep Nijjer.  His level of professionalism and enthusiasm went above and beyond my expectations.

Not only did Deep take me out to view dozens of properties in the downtown area but he also worked around the clock to ensure that I kept up with the competitive market and didn’t miss out on any potential properties.  He was honest about the investment value on all properties even if his candid opinions resulted in me not putting in an offer on the property.  With Deep’s help I found a beautiful condo that met all of my requirements that I am absolutely thrilled and excited to own.

I sincerely believe that without Deep’s hard work and expertise I would not have been able to find a condo that I would be satisfied with.
